    1. I love a good fairy tale retelling, especially when it s a sweet contemporary romance This version takes the reader on an adventure to an interesting setting Louisiana There s a mystery waiting to be discovered, with secrets that bring Emma and Theo together I really liked the subtle ways that aligned this book with the original story The rose seems to be at the heart of things and Emma is a landscape architect who really knows her stuff Theo is a normal man not some paranormal creature, but the [...]

    2. 4.5 StarsEmma finds herself in Lousiana on the trail of solving her family s mystery and finding their lost treasure While she has hit deadend after deadend, she refuses to give up A chance encounter with a handsome stranger has her searching for a plantation called Indigo Pointe It is not easy to find But with a little help from the unseen, she discovers it hidden off the beaten path. From the moment she discovers Indigo Pointe she is intrigued and knows this is the planation that her Opa rememb [...]

    3. 3 1 2 stars. It s a cute story with some veiled references to Beauty and the Beast I definitely wouldn t call it a retelling I liked Theo and Emma and how they grew together over the work on the grounds and garden The setting of Louisiana, old plantation, history, and family mystery made the story interesting It s a setting that would be cute to explore for books in a series about Indigo Pointe.

    4. With Disney s Beauty and the Beast release, and my love of fairytales, I can t get enough retellings Beauty and the Billionaire Beast did not disappoint.Emma Teager has gone to Louisiana trying to find the plantation that her grandfather vaguely remembers from his childhood She wants to solve the family mystery that he s told her about She stumbles across the estate after a chance meeting with the owner, Theo Lambert He seems charming at first, then she hears him fire an employee, and finds hers [...]

    5. A FUN AND DELIGHTFUL BOOKBeauty and the Billionaire Beast is a fun and delightful book I enjoyed the characters so much it was sad to leave them at the end of the book It was beautifully descriptive of an old southern plantation and all those gardens It was like being right there, only in the comfort of my favorite chair The Beauty and the Beast storyline with the Mystery of the Family Treasure twist was great And the Family Treasure could not have been perfect This was an enjoyable book that I [...]

    6. I loved this book Then again I m a sucker for remakes of fairy tales One of my favorites is beauty and the beast This was a well written book, with mystery intertwined within it s pages.

    7. Beauty and the Billionaire Beast Destination Billionaire Romance is by Maria Hoagland This series takes the reader to a variety of destinations Each place is unique and interesting The place makes the story enchanting There is enough spontaneity to the adventure that it isn t predictable This book takes place in Louisiana, near New Orleans Theo Lambert has finally added the last piece of the puzzle to his family s history He had purchased Indigo Pointe which was next door to his family plantati [...]

    8. This contemporary romance springs off the Beauty and the Beast tale I ve read a few stories based off this tale, and most have some sort of paranormal element in it to give the Beast his beastly qualities like a werewolf type creature part man part beast I liked that this didn t It was just two normal people Emma Treager who is out researching plantations trying to solve a family mystery regarding treasure and Theo Lambert, the man who just bought a historic plantation to restore They get off to [...]

    9. I don t know about you, but I really love reading these clean billionaire romances I love the great escape they each are This one is a re telling of Beauty and the Beast and I love the contemporary spin that the author put on it I liked that you see the story through the eyes of both Emma and Theo Emma is an amazing young woman she s in the south searching for the answer to her family s question of what the treasure of their former plantation is And then she meets Theo.Theo, especially at first, [...]

    10. It s a beautiful day in Louisiana, just outside New Orleans, for some old fashioned sleuthing set in a fairytale Ms Hoagland nails the description of Indigo Pointe so well it feels as if the reader is actually walking and talking with Emma and Theo, seeing the grounds full of possibilities through their eyes It s an enchanting setting for this beauty meets beast tale Naturally, there are misunderstandings on both sides, but all comes right at the end Plus, there s a mysterious treasure to find t [...]

    11. TreasuresThis was an interesting book but I didn t really see that Theo could be a beast as he was very kind and thoughtful The conflict between the families was interesting and was better understood at the conclusion There were several typos that was somewhat distracting However the storyline was interesting and the characters were well developed.

    12. Fun, Sweet RomanceI wasn t expecting to like this, because I m usually not a fan of Beauty and the Beast stories I loved this one though I loved the characters and their love of family I loved all of the gardening and his respect for her work I also liked the family history research into a family treasure Emma and Theo were super fun to read about

    13. Fun and sweetThis was a fun, sweet read I liked the twist on Beauty and the Beast and how it was woven throughout the book I also loved the physical descriptions and the trip I got to take to a beautiful southern plantation.

    14. Almost goodI really enjoyed the first half of the book but the author seemed to have lost her muse after that The rest of the book was quite boring I almost quit reading but decided to finish because I m not a quieter.

    15. A great story. This was a great story with really fun descriptions of a Louisiana plantation The detailed descriptions of the buildings and gardens was really interesting This was a sweet, clean romance.

    16. A faded from glory plantation, a hidden treasure, a mystery and generations old family feud, together with a sweet clean romance Loved it

    17. Rating 3.5 I think one thing that hooks me on a story is when I like and can relate to the main characters These two were particularly likable I also liked all the old house and genealogy stuff.

    18. Very good I loved how the two families torn apart by time and half truths came full circle back to each other to unite even before they find the treasure.
