Thanks to Kensington books Lyrical Shine via NetGalley for a copy of this book Danielle wasn t very nice when she was younger However, Karma baby gotta love it She now has a child and she s back in town running from her abusive husband Of course, he doesn t want her free from him She s on trial for a murder she didn t commit.Simon, her hero, is offering her an escape of love and security But, she has secrets How s that going to play out Danielle was a horrid person, but I did feel sorry for her [...]

    2. This is a quick read it s also short and it s well written, Danielle is not the most appealing character I ve read but Shirley did a good job with making you root for her when she needs it THanks to Netgalley for the ARC Try this one if you d like a story of love and redemption.
