    1. I received this ARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review I have always enjoyed Rachel Cohn and David Levithan s collaborations, and I was excited for the opportunity to review this one coming out in April The book follows Sam and Ilsa, twins and high school seniors, and their final party before graduation, hosted in their grandmother s elaborate and eclectic downtown apartment Each sibling invites 3 guests, unknown to other until they arrive, and these guests certainly were unique [...]

    2. I have usually enjoyed books written by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan Some have been misses for me, but I really enjoyed Dash Lily s Book of Dares quite a bit It sounds as though this book is written in the same tradition of that series, so I am here for it I have a feeling that there is going to be lots of humour to this story as the night unfolds.

    3. Okay, so, I will every really like this ort I have mixed feelings towards this author duo I love love LOVE Dash Lily, but I was not a fan of Nioma Ely Here s to hoping this book will be like the former

    4. I read this book in one sitting after receiving an advance reading copy from the publisher The authors of Nick Norah s Infinite Playlist have done it again This book is beautiful and absurd, hilarious and heartwarming, and it reminded me a lot of Ferris Bueller s Day Off I loved every minute of it and I will be recommending it when it comes out in April

    5. I had no idea that David Levithan and Rachel Cohn had collaborated on another novel until I received an email about it from Netgalley Whilst I rarely read young adult novels, I have always enjoyed their work in their past, and was eager to begin Sam and Ilsa s Last Hurrah I have come away feeling than disappointed about it, however It lacks the wit and sparkle of their earlier work the characters are precocious and annoying rather than intelligent and endearing I was hoping for an immersive, am [...]

    6. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. To be specific I gave the book 4.25 starsI m a big fan of Naomi Eli s No Kiss List and actually didn t know Rachel and David were releasing a new book until I received the ARC.I was a tad worried this was going to be a book I didn t like, I have a really hard time getting into books where the main characters are twins The authors made it truly relatable even though I am not a twin and still a fun read The characters are fun, funny, lively, and r [...]

    7. This book popped up and i was astounded This book has been everywhere Surely Having a presence on the bookblogger corner of the internet and it is almost impossible not to know about this book But i ve never read it Why I m English It s only just coming out over here and i m honestly so excited Other than knowing all this I still went in blind The majority of what i knew was simply the cover Which is arguably incredibly beautiful and i am obsessed with it.Overall this book was a delight to read [...]

    8. I will always be trash for a Cohn and Levithan story I wasn t sure though, how I felt about this one at first And part of me feels like a little bit fleshing bout of things wouldn t have hurt this story any But that might have put the story too much in the past It s about the right now and how to find your way out of it It s about how terrifying it is to realize that you are suddenly becoming the author of your own story and there s no one right choice you have to make It s about realizing that [...]

    9. What I love about Levithan Cohn books is the finite time, the immediacy is their stories I think that s what makes them so enthralling, so intimate They have a night or a week to give you an entirely realized story It s incredible And this one is no different Sam and Ilsa are twins who think they know each other best but realize that maybe they don t know enough about each other They re scared to broach certain subjects and isn t the point of being a twin that those conversations are easier They [...]

    10. There are things I like and don t like about this book I liked that is was short and an easy read I read it in 2 sittings with several days in between Some of the characters are very interesting and memorable I like that Sam and Ilsa are twins, and are both similar and different at the same time They both have a bit of baggage.I wasn t a fan of how all the characters worked I liked Li and what she brought to the group but I felt a bit of confusion as to who was talking about what when There wasn [...]

    11. This was just disappointing to me, although it wasn t completely terrible I thought I was in for something that would live up to the awesomeness that was Naomi and Ely s No Kiss List, but this just fell flat I enjoyed the journey that the twins went on, and I love the concept that these two authors always have that the story takes place in a very short period of time, but in all, it wasn t what I wanted it to be.

    12. 3.5 stars Beautifully written as expected from this pair of writers but the characters to me seemed to be cherry picked for quirkiness and difference and the storyline contrived I know some of my fellow readers you know who you are will disagree with me.

    13. Arc from edelweissI kind of felt like I had missed a book and if I did PLEASE let me know I didn t get much initial character information for me to really enjoy the rest of the book Surprised Yep me too.

    14. eh didn t have the same grab as Dash and Lily, and it felt jerkily paced not terrible by any means, but not a standout either.

    15. I was sent a copy of this book by Netgalley to review.I haven t read any Rachel Cohn books before but have read David Levithan and was a big fan of Every Day and Another Day as well as Two Boys Kissing and Will Grayson Will Grayson So, with that in mind I was interested to get started on this one.The story is set inside the apartment of Sam and Ilsa s grandmother, Czarina We never meet her but we learn a great deal about her she sounds amazing Sam and Ilsa are twins and are holding a dinner part [...]
