    1. Interesting collectionThis is a very varied collection, some of these books I ve read like Hope less by Melissa Haag some of them I ve never seen before but want to read like Elsker by S.T Bende.Collections like this have slowly lost their appeal for me since it s usually the same books by the same authors collected together under a different title and a different cover, they re generally first in series books which are free anyway and often than not cliffhangers which work out expensive to con [...]

    2. I have only read the Twin Souls by Delsheree Gladden from this set, but here is my review for Twin souls.Great book Definitely not your standard love story, I have to admit I cried at the end Can t wait to read the next one

    3. This collection consists of one complete story that wasn t very good, a teaser that practically ended mid sentence, and twelve first books of a series After I read the teaser, I started checking the last pages of the other novels and none appeared to be stand alone stories Since this collection was free I have no complaint about being overcharged, but I am disappointed that virtually none of the novels stood on their own DNF

    4. First books of series some really good, some really bad The better ones are from the new adult category Nice to have all the free books gathered in one place to quickly go through and either enjoy or on Good marketing technique I ended up buying and reading to the end of the series a few of the stories The Elsker Saga and Nolander Emanations and Runes I bought a couple of stories based on Hope less Many are worth the trip.

    5. This has several of my all time favorite series starters, including Elsker by ST BendeHopeless by Melissa HaagRunes by Ednah WaltersRelentless by Karen Lynchand so much Don t wait, it s free and easy to one click your way to the best paranormal ya box set available

    6. This is currently free on for anyone who is interested Over 2,000 pages of free reading it would be rude not to

    7. Elsker by S.T Bende 4 Stars Kristia is a girl from a small town who studies abroad in England to have an adventure She finds that adventure in Ull, who is a Norse god on vacation so to speak They meet, fall in love and have to figure out how to be together while stopping the world from ending.I Bring the Fire by C Gockel 4 Stars Previously Read Loki is very jaded in this book but it backs up his attitude with cutaway stories from his past Amy, is pretty sure everything that s happening is real e [...]

    8. 1 I read the first story, Elsker, in May and promptly bought the other books in that series, setting Gods and Mortals aside I resumed GM after finishing the two other books and novella I ve left pretty detailed reviews on each of them at The Elkser Saga box set page 2 I Bring The Fire I enjoyed this story as Loki is the good guy in this one and Odin and Thor not so much I am very tempted to follow up with the rest of the series but am trying to hold off until I finish GM, as there may be others [...]

    9. Gentle Reader Alert I nearly gave up on this one Way too heavy on the romance novel end of the spectrum and not enough of the interesting interactions between deity and mortals Elsker read and reviewed I like it Fairly clean I Bring the Fire already read, didn t finish Chosen slow, way too adult, took forever to get to the reveal Had higher hopes for this one because I d read Dragon Rose Yeah, I ll stick to her fairy tale retellings The Gatekeeper s Sons the MC was too ditzy, gave up Nolanders a [...]

    10. What a collectionSurprising, enjoyed every book Couldn t put them down and had to buy the next, they are that good Now looking for other stories by these authors.

    11. Good variety Various authors and styles make up a great selection of stories that will keep you happily tuning pages one after another.

    12. Good readsIf you like fantasy and fiction you will be entertained with all these books they are a very good read

    13. 1st i keep my reviews HONEST SPOILER FREE, now with that being said OMG WOW, at 1st i felt part of this book was rushed, but that was my own greed wanting to know of Eve Boaz s adventures, but as i got farther into the story i got it Somehow Rachel was able to capture my attention from GO I work constantly even now I have a 13 month old climbing all over me, yet i found myself reading instead of working, hiding in my bathroom late at night when i should have been sleeping knowing i needed to wa [...]

    14. Gods and Mortals is a compilation of several different stories written by several different authors Each book separately seems to be part of a whole other series I didn t really realize that when I bought it.I read Dead Radiance by T G Ayer I really liked it It was incredibly unique. The main character, Bryn Halbrook discovers, not long after her father s death that she is the LITERAL re incarnation of a Valkyrie Her scientist father, after finding the remains of a real Valkyrie while on an arche [...]

    15. This box set is somewhere between a 4.6 and a 4.9 read I kid you not All the books in here is awesome and entertaining but quite a few were actually a 6 star read I loved the consistent theme with various interpretations etc.The authors should be very proud of this collection and dear reader, if you are reading this then you are probably a lover of the genre already So trust me when I say you simply cannot go wrong with this set.

    16. Grand storiesEach story brought it s own twist on good evil The awakening of each person in each story was fantastic in the telling I found I have so many stories I now have to finish to the end.

    17. Even though there were two stories that I didn t care for that much the other twelve were really goodand threeof those twelve were amazing I plan on buying those authors books in the future This was a great way to find new authors.

    18. Enjoyable readBooks that make you want t to read Different angles memorable characters New twists on old legends Enjoyable read.

    19. And I loved it was awesomeWow that s crazy and I don t know how many times I said omg I Think that I m going to read this book again

    20. I read the first short story as part of this collection.I expected it to be a fantasy thriller involving Greek Gods But it turned out to be mushy teen unadulterated romance with no meaning for actually having a romance plot.Unfortunately, this is not my cup of tea.I did not read beyond the first one and definitely not intending to do so in the future.

    21. I was really disappointed Each of the Fourteen Free novels are the beginning of a series of novels They are interesting, but they just get you hooked into the story and then say to finish the story buy the book at

    22. This free fantasy, mythology intro set has both YA and adult series stories in it I read only the few adult stories, and the best series that i did continue to read were from Pippa Decosta s Veil series, Becca Mills Nolander and Christine Pope s Chosen Djinn Wars series.

    23. Enjoyable reads Of course some then others As per my taste Each with it s own spark of imagination May be towards a younger set But all refreshing Thanks to all that contributed.

    24. This is a collection of many stories and they are all excellent I did not finish all of them due to many reasons none of which were because they were not good They just did not hold my interest at this point but I am sure that I will be going back to them and reading those I did not get to finish But since I am moving on for now, I wanted to review those that I did finishE ELSKER SAGA ELSKERThis is the first one in the series and I loved it In fact, I put reading the others off until I could go [...]

    25. The collection is a group of 14 books that for the most deal with gods and their interactions with mortals The majority of the tales that I have read so far, seem to deal with Norse Mythology I am enjoying the collections, some books better then others I really like the fact that it introduces me to new series and potentially to new authors The Elsker Saga Elsker By S.T.Bende Genre New Adult Paranormal Romance, overall the story was enjoyable read I became invested in the story and the character [...]

    26. THE FORGOTTEN ONE by Laura HowardLet me tell you, at first I was wondering if this was a read for me Sometimes you have to read a book when you are in a certain mood to get what is being told I almost thought I was not going to be able to keep all the names straight at one point but Laura really does a great job at keeping her characters in their roles AllisonHOLY COWn the girl get a break Her Mother suffering, from what was thought to be schizophrenia, slowly slipped away from Allison over the [...]

    27. Well what can I say 14 stories in a book, a good mix Some I really liked, some were okay, some were mediocre but with potential.None of them were actually bad, there were good plots, sometimes they were not implemented well enough, either through style or language, but the authors show a lot of potential. There were three I really loved, Sympathy for the Devil, by Christine Pope hilarious, well written, good dialogues and characters Relentless by Karen Lynch well thought out characters, good plot [...]

    28. Finally, FINALLY finished this massive collection, and I wish I could say I enjoyed it While there were definitely some highlights and three series that I m going to continue with the stories by DelShree Gladden, Laura Howard, and Pippa DaCosta , I found that most of the stories were average, and two of them were truly, truly awful Also, the beginning of the collection started with gods as key parts of the story, then slowly transitioned into mythology, and finally just urban fantasy I know tha [...]
