Entertaining traditional western tale set in the waning days of the wild, wild west.The background of late 1800s San Francesco, combined with an old fashioned western gunslinger hero, the addition of an old salt sea captain and Chinese tong gang involvement creates an intriguing setting for the mystery and mayhem.I

    2. The Gaslight GunslingerThis first book of Matthew Slade was very good I really liked all of the characters and the storyline I hope book 2 is as interesting and keeps me wondering what will happen next.

    3. It was a pretty good action filled Western type book Location was old San Fran of the characters were interesting and likable Left an opening for possible continued challenges from a particular bad guy I could read of this series if given opportunity.

    4. I enjoyed this book The story line was good and I like the humor with the people I received this book for free for an honest review I can t wait for the next part to come out.

    5. Action packed from the beginning.Well written with a good western plot Louis Lamour would have enjoyed it well Slade is surrounded by a eclectic cast of characters.
