    1. Trevlig och l ttl st novell som f r fram riktigt bra karakt rer p v ldigt f sidor Det r alltid kul att l sa Karin Boye och det h r r inget undantag.

    2. I m feeling a bit stressed out at the moment so I m healing myself with reading short stories and listening to Pet Shop Boys don t judge me.I haven t read anything by Karin Boye except a short poem in school but this was very nice Quite feminst as well which I always enjoy It s the kind of short story that is not too difficult to understand but still offers some great thoughts and messages Really enjoyed it

    3. A classic short story by an important author known mostly for her poems I enjoyed her use of the language, you could see her poetry talent and the story about Ella trying to free herself from a bad marriage, her cold mother had emotionally depth, good understanding of inner human life Its just i have read plays, novels from late 1880s and early 1900s by other classic Swedish authors who dealt better with the topic of a woman trying to free herself from her times, lack of rights.

    5. A brilliant Swedish classic novella This short story is the first work I ve read by Karin Boye 1900 1941 , but almost certainly won t be the last.
